MOVING AHEAD IN YOUR MARRIAGE

 It’s time to register for our COUPLES RETREAT  at Bird-In-Hand Family Inn in Lancaster February 26-28, 2010.  I’d love to have you join us for a spiritually refreshing time to get away together and invest in your marriage.  Cost for conference, room and some meals is $210 per couple.  They have 2 heated indoor pools, a large Jacuzzi, outlets a few minutes away, a fine Pa Dutch restaurant on premises and an Amish farmer’s market next door.

You can arrive any time Friday.  You can check into your room early to mid afternoon.  But you can use their bathroom at the pool and change into a swimming suit and use the hot pools or Jacuzzi even before checking into your room.  We like to go out in the morning so we can relax and be ready for things to start without rushing.  We will gather at about 7:30 in the conference room for refreshments, etc.  The first session starts at 8 PM Friday.  Checkout is at 12 noon on Sunday, although you can stay and use the pool after checking out.  

We’ll have snacks with each meeting including coffee and a continental breakfast. Everyone brings a little something to share for snacks and continental breakfast.  Each room has a small refrigerator and a coffee maker.  Microwaves are also available in the kitchen which is part of our meeting room.

FRIDAY        

Arrive any time, use pools if arrive before lunch, check-in after lunch

7:30 PM Gather in Eagle Room

8-9:30 PM Session 1: HOSEA: Lessons from a Godly Husband

9:30 PM snacks, free time

 

SATURDAY

10-11:30 AM Session 2: PROVERBS 31 WOMAN: Lessons from a Godly Wife

11:30 AM free time

6:45-8 PM Session 3:  SARAH: Improving an Imperfect Marriage

8 PM Snacks

 

SUNDAY

9-10:30 AM  Worship Service: MOSES: Improving an Imperfect Marriage

10:30 to rooms, check out by 11 AM (you can stay and use the pool after checking out)
